Questions most frequently asked.

Q.  Do your have a stain removal chart?

A.  Actually, such a stain removal chart is unnecessary with Laundry Miracle.  The direction are the same for all stubborn stains, such as blood, paint, and ink, etc.  Simply apply Laundry Miracle full strength to the stain, rub in a little, allow to set for five minutes before laundering.
 

Q.  What about those stains that have been laundered with another product and have not come out?

A.  These are what we call 'set' stains and are more difficult to remove.  Laundry Miracle will remove these stains in over 90% of the cases, but it may take several launderings to remove it all.
 

Q.  Are there any stains that Laundry Miracle will definitely not remove?

A.  Yes.  Laundry Miracle, being a laundry product, is designed not to remove dye.  This enable you to wash colours safely if a stain is caused by a dye, such as india ink.  Laundry Miracle will not remove it.  Urine stains are also an incurable problem because if the urine is on a fabric or rug for a while, the uriatic acid will bleach the colour out.
 

Q.  Will excessive rubbing lighten the colour of some fabrics?

A.  Yes.  We have found that some launderable garments have unstable dyes.  Often the dye is so unstable it can be removed by applying friction to the fabric without using any soap at all.  Therefore, when spotting with Laundry Miracle, do not use excessive friction.  Rub in gently.  Remember, Laundry Miracle will never remove colour. Excessive rubbing will.
